We hereby grant you the nonexclusive permission to use our facility to make one Blog and/or one Forum provided by the software which we rent and make available to all our clients.

Isar Quest does not solicit nor allow participation by individuals who are less than 18 (eighteen) years of age. Isar Quest cannot determine the correctness of data submitted by any user, but if we discover that the data concerning the user is incorrect, that individual's blog and/or forum will be terminated immediately, and the individual will be denied use of our facilities for all time.

The owner of all right, title and interest in the Software and related explanatory written materials ("Documentation") remains solely with the owner of the Software.

You do not have any resale rights to this course or software or information associated with it. The blogs/forums you create or use are for your use and the use of any other clients who use the facilities provided by this site. You may not copy the software or documentation for any purpose whatsoever.

Any trade secrets about any function of the software that you may discover may not be shared by you with anyone, whether free or by payment to you. You may not create reports, articles et al., about this information and you may not speak on the topic for profit or free.
